Summer transfers: Aswan includes this duo

Aswan Club's board of directors announced the signing of a new duo to support the club's first football team, in the current summer Mercato.

The Upper Egypt champion succeeded in contracting Mido Mostafa, a player of the Al-Ahly Bank club, and Saber El-Shimmy, the former captain of the Eastern Company.

The Al-Ahly Bank player joined Zahrat Al-Janoub on loan for a season with the intention of selling.

The blue team has fought three camps so far, the first in Cairo, the second in Alexandria, and the third in Aswan.

This comes within the plan of strengthening the southern team in preparation for participating in the Egyptian Premier League for the new season.

The approaching decision of the fate of Mahmoud Alaa:

Mahmoud Alaa, the club's first team defender, left the Zamalek list in the new season, and this came through a prior agreement between the player and the technical staff.

Alaa did not participate in the last group exercise of the White Knight, in preparation for facing Chad's Elkitspor in the African Champions League.

The defender is excluded from the list, given that he is close to leaving the White Castle in the current summer transfer season.

Alaa is close to leaving the UAE League, through the Al-Ahly Youth Club, for one season on loan.

Al-Abyad meets Elect in the match scheduled for tomorrow, Sunday, in the first leg of the first African preliminary round.

The fate of the return match between Zamalek and the Chad champion:

Press reports revealed that the Egyptian Football Association communicated with its African counterpart to search for a solution for the date of the return meeting between Zamalek and the Chad champion.

The match between Zamalek and Chad champion Elect Sport in the return of the preliminary round of the Champions League will be on September 25.

This intersects with the first camp of the Egyptian national team, in which the players join Vitoria, which extends to the 27th of the same month.

The reports indicated that the possibility of postponing the return meeting is very likely, explaining that CAF made a mistake by holding an official meeting at the club level on the same dates as the international agenda.

The officials of the Egyptian Federation are waiting for the position and decision of the CAF in this regard, to know the fate of the Zamalek players’ presence with the Portuguese Vitoria in his first camp with our national team.
